Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups 420g cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup 120g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup 75g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup 40g red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and onions into a large mixing bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken mixture
  4. Stir thoroughly until everything is evenly coated and creamy
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning or spice level if needed
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors develop
  7. Garnish with extra bacon, cheese, or jalapeño slices before serving
