Boil a large pot of salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant
Stir in tomato paste, marinara sauce, beef broth, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper
Let the sauce simmer for 10–15 minutes until thick and rich
Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce and mix until fully coated
Slice the tops off bread rolls and hollow out the centers, leaving a thick wall
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and salt
Brush garlic butter generously inside and outside each bread bowl
Place bread bowls on a lined baking tray
Add a small layer of mozzarella cheese at the bottom of each bowl
Fill each bowl with spaghetti mixture
Top with more mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and bread is crispy
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm
