Method
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken
- Add softened cream cheese on top
- Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker
- Cover and cook until the chicken becomes tender
- Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker
- Stir the chicken with the cream cheese mixture until creamy
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles
- Stir until the cheese melts and everything becomes well combined
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving
