Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz / 425 g mandarin oranges – drained well to avoid excess liquid
  • 1 cup 240 g plain Greek yogurt – thick and protein-rich base
  • ½ cup 120 ml whipped topping – adds airy texture
  • 1 scoop 25–30 g vanilla protein powder – boosts protein content
  • 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix – helps thicken and flavor
  • ½ cup 120 ml milk – creates smooth consistency
  • ½ cup 50 g mini marshmallows – adds classic fluff texture
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – enhances flavor
  • Optional: 2 tbsp shredded coconut – adds texture and flavor

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt, milk, pudding mix, protein powder, and vanilla extract into a bowl
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy with no lumps
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently to keep mixture light and airy
  4. Add drained mandarin oranges and mix gently to avoid breaking them
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows and optional coconut
  6. Transfer mixture into a serving bowl
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend and texture to set
  8. Stir lightly before serving and enjoy chilled
