Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 –2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy
  3. Transfer mixture to a small mixing bowl
  4. Stir in nut butter and vanilla extract
  5. Add sweetener and mix thoroughly
  6. Fold in almond or oat flour
  7. Mix until dough-like consistency forms
  8. Gently stir in chocolate chips
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed
  10. Chill briefly for thicker texture if desired
  11. Serve immediately or store
