Ingredients
  

  • Apple – 1 medium peeled and diced
  • Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon
  • Maple syrup or honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Rolled oats – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla protein powder – 1 scoop
  • Almond flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil or butter – 1 tablespoon melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Place the diced apple in a small bowl and mix with cinnamon and maple syrup or honey.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, protein powder, almond flour, and melted coconut oil or butter.
  5. Stir until the mixture forms a crumbly topping.
  6. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the apples are soft and the top is lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
