Bring water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle
Remove from heat and add hibiscus tea bags or dried flowers
Let steep for 5–7 minutes until deep red color develops
Remove tea bags or strain out flowers and allow tea to cool
Add sliced strawberries and a small portion of tea into a blender
Blend until smooth to create a fresh strawberry puree
Optionally strain puree for a smoother consistency
Pour remaining cooled tea into a pitcher
Add strawberry puree, lemon juice, and maple syrup
Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed
Add ice and pour into serving glasses
Garnish with fresh strawberries, lemon slices, or mint
