Ingredients
  

Mango Smoothie Layer
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes about 75 g
  • 1/4 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt 60 g
  • 1/3 cup almond milk coconut milk, or oat milk (80 ml)
Strawberry Smoothie Layer
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries 120 g
  • 1/4 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt 60 g
  • 1/2 cup almond milk coconut milk, or oat milk (120 ml)

Method
 

  1. Add frozen mango cubes, Greek yogurt, and plant-based milk into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Pour the mango smoothie mixture into a glass and set aside
  4. Rinse the blender thoroughly
  5. Add frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk into the blender
  6. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and thick
  7. Slowly pour the strawberry smoothie into the same glass with the mango smoothie
  8. Pour both smoothies at the same time or layer gently for a sunrise effect
  9. Stir slightly before drinking if desired
