Ingredients
  

  • 4 white tea bags
  • 4 cups 960 ml hot water
  • cups 360 ml guava juice, preferably 100% juice
  • ½ cup 120 ml fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
  • ¼ cup 60 ml honey or agave nectar
  • 2 –3 tbsp simple syrup adjust to taste
  • ice cubes as needed
  • guava slices for garnish
  • lemon wheels for garnish
  • fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Method
 

  1. steep the white tea bags in hot water (just below boiling) for about 5 minutes until fragrant
  2. remove tea bags and allow the brewed tea to cool to room temperature
  3. in a large pitcher, combine guava juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice
  4. stir in honey or agave nectar until fully dissolved for balanced sweetness
  5. add cooled white tea to the pitcher and stir gently to combine
  6. taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup if needed
  7. fill glasses generously with ice cubes for maximum chill
  8. pour the guava white tea lemonade over ice until glasses are full
  9. garnish each glass with guava slices and lemon wheels
  10. tuck mint sprigs into the ice for fresh aroma and visual appeal
  11. serve immediately while refreshingly cold
