Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 400–450 g) – lean protein base
  • 2 cups 200 g broccoli florets – adds fiber and nutrients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil – helps with grilling and flavor
  • Salt and black pepper to taste – enhances seasoning
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 cup 120 ml Greek yogurt – creamy, tangy base
  • 2 garlic cloves minced – bold and aromatic flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice – adds freshness and acidity
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley – adds color and freshness
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika – subtle warmth and color
For Serving
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa – hearty base for the bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat
  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika
  3. Grill chicken until fully cooked and slightly charred, then let rest
  4. Steam or boil broccoli until tender but still vibrant green
  5. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and a pinch of salt
  6. Slice grilled chicken into strips
  7. Add cooked rice or quinoa to serving bowls
  8. Arrange broccoli and sliced chicken over the base
  9. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce generously on top
  10. Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve warm
