Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add steak pieces in a single layer
  3. Sear until browned and caramelized on the outside
  4. Stir occasionally for even cooking
  5. Remove steak from skillet and set aside
  6. Reduce heat slightly and add butter to the pan
  7. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant
  8. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet
  9. Sauté until just tender but not mushy
  10. Return steak bites to the pan
  11. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
  12. Toss gently to coat everything in garlic butter
  13. Cook briefly until heated through
  14. Remove from heat and garnish if desired
