Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  4. Add eggs, cream cheese, and melted butter to the dry ingredients
  5. Mix until a soft dough forms
  6. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked sausage crumbles
  7. Scoop portions of dough onto the baking sheet
  8. Shape into small biscuit rounds
  9. Bake until the tops become golden brown
  10. Allow biscuits to cool slightly before serving
