Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- In a bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt
- In another bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, cream cheese, and mozzarella
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients
- Mix until a soft dough forms
- Scoop the dough into biscuit-sized portions
- Place them evenly on the prepared baking tray
- Bake until the biscuits become golden on top
- Remove from oven and allow them to cool slightly
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings
