Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional for savory flavor
Optional toppings
  • Butter
  • Sugar-free jam
  • Fresh herbs
  • Honey substitute or keto syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  4. In another bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, cream cheese, and mozzarella
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients
  6. Mix until a soft dough forms
  7. Scoop the dough into biscuit-sized portions
  8. Place them evenly on the prepared baking tray
  9. Bake until the biscuits become golden on top
  10. Remove from oven and allow them to cool slightly
  11. Serve warm with your favorite toppings
