Ingredients
  

  • Whole flax seeds – 1 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds – ¾ cup
  • Sunflower seeds – ¾ cup
  • Hemp seeds – ½ cup
  • Warm water – 1 cup
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, warm water, and salt.
  3. Stir well, then let the mixture rest for 10–15 minutes until thick and gel-like.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush with olive oil.
  5. Spread the seed mixture evenly over the parchment into a thin, even layer.
  6. Lightly brush the top with a little more olive oil.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the surface is dry and the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, break into cracker-sized pieces.
