Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits cut into quarters
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or sausage
  • 1/3 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to moderate baking temperature
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil
  3. Cut biscuits into small bite-sized pieces
  4. Spread biscuit pieces evenly into baking dish
  5. Spoon pizza sauce over the biscuits
  6. Sprinkle cooked meat evenly across the dish
  7. Add pepperoni and optional vegetables
  8. Scatter shredded mozzarella generously on top
  9. Sprinkle Italian seasoning for extra flavor
  10. Bake until biscuits are golden and cheese melts
  11. Remove once center is fully cooked
  12. Allow casserole to cool slightly before serving
