Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups 175 g shredded mozzarella cheese – creates crispy base
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream – adds tangy flavor
  • 1 large egg – binds the dough
  • ¼ cup 28 g almond flour – low-carb structure
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour – absorbs moisture
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped – signature flavor
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted – for brushing
  • teaspoon salt – enhances taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave or pan until smooth
  3. Stir in sour cream until well combined
  4. Add egg, almond flour, coconut flour, and chives
  5. Mix into a soft dough
  6. Chill dough for 10–15 minutes for easier handling
  7. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper
  8. Roll out very thin for crispier crackers
  9. Remove top parchment and cut into squares or shapes
  10. Transfer to baking tray
  11. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle salt
  12. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy
  13. Cool completely before serving
