Ingredients
  

  • Cream cheese – 1 cup softened
  • Vanilla protein powder – 1 scoop
  • Greek yogurt – ½ cup
  • Honey or maple syrup – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Almond flour or crushed graham crackers – ½ cup
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons melted
  • Fresh berries – for topping optional

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour or crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of each jar and gently press it down to form a base layer.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Mix well until the cheesecake filling is creamy and lump-free.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the crust layer in each jar.
  7. Smooth the tops and add fresh berries if using.
  8. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
