Ingredients
  

  • Shredded cheddar cheese – 1½ cups
  • Almond flour – ¾ cup
  • Unsalted butter melted – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Optional seasonings: paprika onion powder, Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and almond flour.
  4. Add melted butter, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
  6. Roll the dough into a thin, even layer (about ⅛-inch thick).
  7. Remove the top parchment sheet.
  8. Cut the dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
  9. Transfer the parchment with crackers onto the baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden and crackers are crisp.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool completely; they will crisp more as they cool.
  12. Break apart and serve.
