Flip the tortilla so the cooked beef faces up.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the beef and add optional toppings if desired.
Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla turns golden and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and repeat with remaining tortillas.
