Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey preferably 85–93% lean for moisture
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated from block
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Add ground turkey, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley into a mixing bowl
  2. Mix gently until just combined without overworking the meat
  3. Lightly oil your hands and shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  5. Place meatballs in pan and cook evenly on all sides until browned and cooked through
  6. Remove meatballs and set aside temporarily
  7. Reduce heat to low-medium and drain excess oil if needed
  8. Pour in heavy cream and begin stirring gently
  9. Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  10. Stir continuously on low heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens
  11. Return meatballs to skillet and coat them fully in sauce
  12. Simmer gently for a few minutes until everything is heated through
  13. Optionally place under broiler for a light golden finish on top
