Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz 340 g bowtie pasta (farfalle) – perfect for holding creamy sauce
  • 1 lb 450 g ground beef – adds protein and richness
  • 1 tbsp olive oil – for cooking beef
  • 4 cloves garlic – minced for bold flavor
  • 1 small onion ½ cup – finely chopped for sweetness
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter – forms base of the sauce
  • 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream – creates creamy texture
  • ½ cup 120 ml beef broth – enhances savory depth
  • 1 cup 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese – melts smoothly
  • ½ tsp salt – adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper – for seasoning
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning – optional for added aroma
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley – chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart
  4. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent
  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant
  6. Add butter and let it melt into the mixture
  7. Pour in beef broth and let it simmer briefly
  8. Add heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy
  10. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
  11. Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm
