Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add pork chops and sear until golden brown on both sides
Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside
Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same pan
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
Pour in heavy cream and stir well to combine
Add grated Parmesan cheese and simmer until sauce thickens
Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them
Simmer until pork chops are fully cooked and coated in sauce
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving
