Ingredients

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form to create a light and airy base
  2. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and banana pudding mix until smooth
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture, keeping the texture light and fluffy
  4. Add crushed vanilla wafers and mix lightly to distribute evenly throughout the base
  5. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container, spreading it evenly
  6. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 5–6 hours or until firm
  7. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping
