Ingredients
  

Mocktail
  • Cranberry juice – 2 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice – 1 oz
  • Simple syrup – ¾ oz adjust to taste
  • Sparkling water or lemon soda – 2 oz
  • Ice – as needed
Optional Garnish
  • Granulated sugar for rim
  • Lemon twist or slice
  • Fresh cranberries

Method
 

  1. If desired, rim the glass by rubbing a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar. Set aside.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice.
  3. Add cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Shake briefly until chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water or lemon soda.
  7. Garnish with a lemon twist or fresh cranberries.
  8. Serve immediately.
