Method
- If desired, rim the glass by rubbing a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar. Set aside.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake briefly until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water or lemon soda.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or fresh cranberries.
- Serve immediately.
