Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking, or prepare a microwave-safe mug
- Add cottage cheese, egg, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt to a blender
- Blend until completely smooth and lump-free
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin or mug
- Add chocolate chips in the center for a molten effect
- Microwave for about 90 seconds or bake for 12–15 minutes
- Check that edges are set while the center remains slightly soft
- Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving
- Serve warm for the best gooey texture
