Add chicken strips and season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Cook until chicken is golden and fully cooked through
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and herbs to create a creamy sauce
Place chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion onto flatbread
Drizzle yogurt sauce over filling
Roll tightly into wraps and slice if desired
