Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 225 g full-fat cottage cheese – provides protein and base texture
  • ¼ cup 25 g grated parmesan cheese – adds crispiness and flavor
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder – enhances savory taste
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder – adds depth
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper – for mild heat
  • ¼ teaspoon salt – adjust to taste
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon sesame seeds or chili flakes – for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 180°C
  2. Line baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto tray
  4. Flatten slightly to form thin rounds
  5. Sprinkle parmesan and seasonings evenly
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy
  7. Let cool completely to crisp up further
  8. Carefully remove and serve
