Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 180°C
- Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto tray
- Flatten slightly to form thin rounds
- Sprinkle parmesan and seasonings evenly
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy
- Let cool completely to crisp up further
- Carefully remove and serve
