Method
- Add frozen banana, lime juice, lime zest, yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, and vanilla extract into a blender
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy
- Add ice cubes and blend again to achieve desired thickness
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed
- Pour into a prepared glass
- Optionally top with whipped cream, toasted coconut, or crushed graham crackers
- Serve immediately while cold
