Ingredients
  

  • Frozen banana – 1 large sliced for creamy texture
  • Fresh lime juice – 2 tablespoons 30 ml, for tangy flavor
  • Lime zest – from 1 small lime enhances citrus aroma
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup 120 ml, adds tropical creaminess
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt – ½ cup 120 g, boosts protein and thickness
  • Fresh spinach – ½ cup optional, adds nutrients without altering taste
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon enhances flavor
  • Honey or maple syrup – 1–2 teaspoons optional for sweetness
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup for a chilled consistency

Method
 

  1. Add frozen banana, lime juice, lime zest, yogurt, coconut milk, spinach, and vanilla extract into a blender
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again to achieve desired thickness
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed
  5. Pour into a prepared glass
  6. Optionally top with whipped cream, toasted coconut, or crushed graham crackers
  7. Serve immediately while cold
