Ingredients
  

  • Blue raspberry drink mix – 2 cups 480 ml, chilled for best flavor
  • Heavy whipping cream – ⅓ cup 80 ml, for a creamy texture
  • Ice cubes – 4 cups for thick slush consistency
  • Sparkling lemon-lime water – 1 cup 240 ml, adds light fizz
  • Coconut extract – 1 teaspoon for tropical flavor boost
  • Coconut whipped cream – ½ cup for topping
  • Fresh raspberries – ¼ cup for garnish and flavor contrast
  • Colorful sprinkles – 2 tablespoons optional for decoration

Method
 

  1. Add blue raspberry drink mix, ice, whipping cream, sparkling water, and coconut extract into a blender
  2. Blend on high speed for about 30–40 seconds until smooth and slushy in texture
  3. Check consistency and add more ice if needed for a thicker result
  4. Pour the slushie mixture into chilled serving glasses
  5. Top generously with coconut whipped cream for a creamy finish
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and colorful sprinkles for a fun look
  7. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing
