Ingredients
  

  • 1 serving cooked chicken nuggets or chicken pieces
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by cooking it until crisp in an air fryer or your chosen method.
  2. Place cottage cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Stir the ingredients together until blended.
  4. Microwave the mixture for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
  5. Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
  6. Stir and microwave again for about 30 seconds, or until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
