Method
- Prepare the chicken by cooking it until crisp in an air fryer or your chosen method.
- Place cottage cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir the ingredients together until blended.
- Microwave the mixture for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
- Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
- Stir and microwave again for about 30 seconds, or until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
