Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano, basil, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper over everything.
Toss the mixture gently so the olive oil and seasonings coat all ingredients evenly.
Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables into the baking dish in a single layer.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and zucchini is tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
