1 ripe avocado
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons citrus juice (lime or lemon)
¼ cup fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon salt
2–3 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)
Turkey Filling
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
¾ cup black beans, drained
4 ounces canned green chiles
2–3 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Assembly
6 small flour tortillas
1½ cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or similar)
Oil or cooking spray, for brushing
