Ingredients
  

Avocado Sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons citrus juice lime or lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 –3 tablespoons water to thin as needed
Turkey Filling
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ¾ cup black beans drained
  • 4 ounces canned green chiles
  • 2 –3 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Assembly
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • cups shredded cheese Monterey Jack or similar
  • Oil or cooking spray for brushing
