Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz 115 g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 oz 1/4 cup / 60 g creamy peanut butter, unsweetened if possible
  • 1 oz 2 tablespoons / ~28 g Swerve or natural keto-friendly sweetener of choice
  • Optional: 1/2 cup crushed dark chocolate chips for coating or mix-ins

Method
 

  1. Let cream cheese and peanut butter sit at room temperature until softened for easier mixing
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and sweetener until fully smooth and well-mixed
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls with clean hands
  4. If desired, gently press crushed dark chocolate chips onto the outside of each ball or mix them in before shaping
  5. Arrange completed fat bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  6. Freeze the fat bombs for about 2 hours or until solid
  7. Transfer to an airtight container and keep chilled or frozen until ready to enjoy
