Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
  2. Carefully separate the eggs, placing the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in another. Make sure no yolk mixes with the whites to keep that fluffy texture perfect.
