Ingredients
  

  • Cream cheese – 8 oz 225 g, softened for smooth mixing
  • Cheddar cheese – ½ cup 50 g, shredded for flavor
  • Dill pickles – ½ cup 75 g, finely chopped for tangy taste
  • Cooked bacon – 8 slices crispy and chopped
  • Pickle juice – 1 tablespoon 15 ml, enhances flavor
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon for savory depth
  • Dill weed – ½ teaspoon optional for extra pickle flavor
  • Green onions – 2 tablespoons chopped for freshness

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then let cool and chop finely
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and dill until fully combined
  3. Fold in chopped bacon and green onions
  4. Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes to make shaping easier
  5. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls
  6. Optional: roll balls in extra bacon bits or cheese coating
  7. Place on a tray and refrigerate until firm
  8. Serve chilled for best texture and flavor
