Method
- Cook bacon until crispy, then let cool and chop finely
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and dill until fully combined
- Fold in chopped bacon and green onions
- Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes to make shaping easier
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls
- Optional: roll balls in extra bacon bits or cheese coating
- Place on a tray and refrigerate until firm
- Serve chilled for best texture and flavor
