Method
- Add the milk, protein powder, frozen banana, almond or oat flour, butter extract, vanilla extract, pudding mix (if using), and ice into a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the shake into a glass.
- Top with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold and thick.
