Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour or oat flour
  • ½ teaspoon butter extract
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix optional
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Add the milk, protein powder, frozen banana, almond or oat flour, butter extract, vanilla extract, pudding mix (if using), and ice into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the shake into a glass.
  4. Top with rainbow sprinkles if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and thick.
