Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 200 g blanched almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup 75 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup 60 g sour cream (optional, for extra softness)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and mix in melted butter and sour cream
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until a thick dough forms
  5. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet
  6. Gently shape into round biscuit forms and slightly flatten
  7. Space biscuits evenly to allow proper baking
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown on top
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving
  10. Serve warm with butter or your favorite spread
