Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh limes
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice
Optional additions
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Extra condensed milk for creamier texture

Method
 

  1. Wash the limes thoroughly
  2. Cut the limes into quarters
  3. Add lime pieces and cold water into a blender
  4. Blend quickly for about 10–15 seconds
  5. Strain the mixture:
  6. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer
  7. Discard the pulp and peel
  8. Finish the drink:
  9. Pour the strained lime juice back into the blender
  10. Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and ice
  11. Blend again until smooth and frothy
  12. Serve immediately in tall glasses and garnish with lime slices.
