Method
- Wash the limes thoroughly
- Cut the limes into quarters
- Add lime pieces and cold water into a blender
- Blend quickly for about 10–15 seconds
- Strain the mixture:
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer
- Discard the pulp and peel
- Finish the drink:
- Pour the strained lime juice back into the blender
- Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and ice
- Blend again until smooth and frothy
- Serve immediately in tall glasses and garnish with lime slices.
