Add ground beef to the skillet and break it up with a wooden spoon
Season beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Cook until beef is fully browned and no longer pink
Pour in enchilada sauce and beef broth, stirring to combine with the meat
Add tortilla strips, pressing them gently into the sauce so they soak up flavor
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top of the skillet
Reduce heat to low and cover with a lid
Allow cheese to melt and sauce to simmer until bubbly
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving
