Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional for thicker smoothie

Method
 

  1. Add blueberries into a blender
  2. Peel and slice the banana and add it to the blender
  3. Add the avocado and fresh spinach
  4. Pour in almond milk
  5. Add chia seeds and optional honey if desired
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy
  7. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker smoothie
  8. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
