Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 165 g fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup 150 g strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 medium banana about 120 g, sliced
  • 1 cup 245 g vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups 360 ml ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup 80 ml pineapple juice or apple juice

Method
 

  1. Add pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana slices into a blender
  2. Spoon in the vanilla Greek yogurt for creaminess
  3. Pour in pineapple juice to enhance tropical flavor
  4. Add ice cubes to create a thick and chilled texture
  5. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy
  6. Pause and scrape down sides if needed to ensure even blending
  7. Adjust thickness by adding more juice if too thick or more ice if too thin
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness naturally with ripe fruit if needed
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for best flavor and texture
