In a bowl whisk the eggs until smooth
In another bowl combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture
Coat the chicken thoroughly in the almond flour mixture
Place nuggets on a lined baking sheet
Lightly brush or spray with olive oil
Bake until golden and cooked through
Flip halfway through baking for even crispiness
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce
