Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C)
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds
- Lightly brush peppers with olive oil
Prepare the filling:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat
- Cook ground beef until browned
- Add diced onion and garlic and cook until fragrant
- Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Mix well and cook for a few minutes
Stuff the peppers:
- Fill each bell pepper with the beef mixture
- Place stuffed peppers into the air fryer basket
- Cook for about 12–15 minutes until peppers become tender
Finish the dish:
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each pepper
- Air fry for another 2–3 minutes until cheese melts
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm
