Method
- Place the sliced sausage, chopped bell peppers and onion pieces into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the sausage and veggies, then sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together with tongs or large spoons so every piece is evenly coated in oil and seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a couple of minutes while you finish tossing the ingredients.
- Transfer the sausage and pepper mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it out so pieces have space to cook.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring halfway through so everything browns evenly.
- If you prefer extra crispness or deeper caramelization on the peppers and sausage, cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Once the sausage is browned and the veggies are tender, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
