Method
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture
- Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil on all sides
- Season evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down if applicable
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork
- While the salmon cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat
- Add minced garlic and sauté gently for 30 seconds until fragrant
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey or maple syrup
- Remove glaze from heat and stir in fresh parsley
- Once salmon is cooked, spoon the warm lemon garlic glaze over each fillet
- Serve immediately while hot and glossy
