Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube about 10 oz/283 g refrigerated pizza dough
  • ½ cup 120 g pizza sauce
  • 1 cup 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup 60 g mini pepperoni or chopped toppings
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • pinch of garlic powder

Method
 

  1. unroll pizza dough on a clean surface and stretch into a rectangle
  2. spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border at edges
  3. sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over sauce
  4. add mini pepperoni or your chosen toppings across the cheese
  5. season with Italian seasoning and a touch of garlic powder
  6. roll dough tightly from one long edge into a log shape
  7. brush outside of the dough with olive oil for a golden finish
  8. cut the log into 12 even pinwheel slices using a sharp knife
  9. place pinwheels in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each
  10. air fry at 375 °F (190 °C) for about 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly
  11. let cool slightly before serving so filling sets
