Add a layer of tortilla chips, keeping them slightly overlapping but not crowded
Sprinkle a portion of cheese evenly over the chips
Add some seasoned beef on top of the cheese
Repeat layering chips, cheese, and beef to create 2–3 layers
Ensure the nachos stay below the rim of the basket for proper airflow
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
Carefully remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate
Top with tomatoes, jalapeños, green onions, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro
Serve immediately while hot and crispy
