Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 or 85/15 for best juiciness
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons milk optional for extra moisture
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking
  2. Add ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, seasoning, and milk into a bowl
  3. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix)
  4. Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs
  5. Lightly grease or spray air fryer basket
  6. Place meatballs in a single layer with space between them
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 160–165°F for doneness
  9. Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving
