Ingredients
  

  • Shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi – 1 lb 450 g, no need to pre-boil
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon 15 ml, helps achieve crispiness
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon adds flavor
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon enhances taste
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon optional for seasoning
  • Grated parmesan cheese – 2 tablespoons 15 g, optional for garnish
  • Fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon chopped for garnish
  • Marinara sauce – ½ cup 120 ml, for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for best crisp results
  2. Add gnocchi to a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Transfer gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking
  4. Air fry for 11–14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4–5 minutes to ensure even crisping
  5. Cook until golden brown and crispy on the outside
  6. Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley
  7. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping
