Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for best crisp results
- Add gnocchi to a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Transfer gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking
- Air fry for 11–14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4–5 minutes to ensure even crisping
- Cook until golden brown and crispy on the outside
- Remove from air fryer and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping
