Method
- Divide pizza dough into equal portions
- Roll each piece into a circle about 6–8 inches wide
- Spread sauce on one half, leaving edges clean
- Add cheese, pepperoni, and desired toppings
- Fold dough over to create a half-moon shape
- Seal edges tightly using fingers or a fork
- Brush tops with olive oil
- Place calzones in air fryer basket without overcrowding
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 7–10 minutes
- Flip halfway through cooking for even browning
- Remove once golden brown and crispy
- Serve hot with extra marinara sauce
